after the CAESARS had finished - see previous post - we moved to the B72, a very cool and small club in the city. THE ROBOCOP KRAUS were playing.

we got there long before their stage time, which left me some time to socialize and talk with a couple of friends and business partners. i should've done more of that and not even cared about the band, because during the third song it became clear: THE ROBOCOP KRAUS are pretty decent on record, but tonight they just sucked. really. it didn't help that the singer climbed on the bar and dangled on the ceiling.

their music just seemed so flat and dull. it might have been the sound, it might have been the venue, it might have been my mood. ultimately i just didn't enjoy the show and left pretty soon (during song number 5, i think). no big loss. i do still have the records that i enjoy listening to.
