a month of cult bands! first NEW MODEL ARMY and then the YOUNG GODS.

and what a great show it was. they didn't even bother with their more recent ambient and orchestral stuff, but went straight for the jugular. "envoye", "skinflowers", "gasoline man" and all their other tracks of that ilk. still fascinating, after so many years of technical experimentation by so many other artists, to see a drum kit and a sampler churn out a sound like that. these swiss pioneers may have gotten old in years, but not in fervor and energy.
